How we built this list: We recorded the lowest compounded semaglutide price each provider publishes on its own website (or, where noted, in a dated third-party report) between October 2 and October 3, 2026. We didn’t enroll or buy anything. Every number links back to a source in our price tracker. For what drives these prices and what the fine print usually hides, see our compounded semaglutide cost guide.

The short answer

  • Lowest headline price: Embody at $79/mo. Its homepage doesn’t say which medication that price covers, so confirm it’s semaglutide before you count on it.
  • Lowest price on a plan you can actually compare: Trimi, HealthRX and CoreAge Rx at $99/mo, but all three require a 12-month plan paid upfront ($1,188).
  • Lowest with no long commitment (and no FDA warning letter): Mochi Health from $139/mo, Yucca Health at $146/mo, and FeelGood at $149/mo.
  • Lowest among our Featured providers: Fridays at $150/mo on a prepaid annual plan. Its pricing page showed a fall promo code taking that to $117/mo on Oct 3, 2026.

The cheapest price is rarely the cheapest year. A $99 plan billed $1,188 upfront costs more on day one than three months at $146.

Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The prices above are advertised prices, not quotes; your clinician’s prescribed dose and your plan can change what you pay.

Thirteen other providers we track don’t publish a compounded semaglutide price before intake, so they aren’t in this table.

Cheapest by situation

If you can pay a year upfront

Trimi, HealthRX and CoreAge Rx all work out to $1,188 for 12 months. That’s the lowest 12-month total we could verify. Before you prepay, read the refund terms: at several providers, payments become final once a prescription is issued. If you stop early, you may not get anything back.

If you don’t want to commit

Of the providers that publish a month-to-month price and had no FDA warning letter in our checks, Mochi Health (from $139), Yucca Health ($146) and FeelGood ($149) were the lowest. Mochi’s price is a membership plus medication, so the medication part can rise with dose.

Fridays is the cheapest of our four Featured providers at $150/mo prepaid annually ($249 month-to-month). Found starts at $169/mo, Gala at $179–$199/mo, and Enhance MD at $212/mo. Featured status is based on safety record, transparency and reputation, not price. See our Fridays vs. Gala comparison and Enhance MD vs. Fridays comparison.

Why the cheapest price can cost more

  • Prepaid plans. The lowest monthly figure almost always assumes 6 or 12 months paid upfront.
  • First-month promos. altRx, OrderlyMeds, Enhance MD, Wellorithm and TMates all show intro or promo pricing. Plan your budget around the price you’ll pay in month two.
  • “Medication not specified.” Embody’s and Willow’s headline prices don’t say whether they cover semaglutide or tirzepatide.
  • Separate fees. Mochi bills a membership on top of medication; HumeCare+ adds a consultation fee at enrollment and each refill.
  • Dose-based pricing. Some providers raise the price as your dose goes up. “All doses” pricing (Enhance MD, Sprout) avoids that, but confirm it at checkout.

What a low price doesn’t tell you

Five of the 27 providers in the table received an FDA warning letter in the past 13 months. The letters cover issues like website labels suggesting the telehealth company was the compounder, and claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that FDA said were false or misleading. You can read each letter in the sources below. A warning letter isn’t a ruling that a product is unsafe, but it’s a signal worth weighing. We score it in our safety record rules.

Before you choose on price, check three things:

  1. Is the pharmacy named? Ask which state-licensed pharmacy will fill your prescription. Our guide to 503A vs. 503B pharmacies explains the difference.
  2. Is it labeled not FDA-approved? Providers that blur that line are a red flag.
  3. What’s the refund policy? Know when your payment becomes non-refundable.

Want the tirzepatide version of these numbers? See our compounded tirzepatide cost guide.

Bottom line

As of October 3, 2026, the cheapest verifiable compounded semaglutide is $99/mo on a $1,188 annual prepay, or about $139–$149/mo with no long commitment at providers without an FDA warning letter. The very lowest headline prices ($79–$89) come with caveats: an unspecified medication, a promo, or an FDA warning letter. Whatever you pick, whether a compounded medication is appropriate is a decision for you and a licensed clinician.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest compounded semaglutide right now?

In our October 2–3, 2026 checks, the lowest advertised prices were Embody at $79/mo (medication type not specified on its homepage), then Oak Longevity and altRx at $89/mo. altRx received an FDA warning letter on June 8, 2026. Trimi, HealthRX and CoreAge Rx advertise $99/mo, but only on 12-month plans billed $1,188 upfront.

What is the cheapest compounded semaglutide without a long-term plan?

Among providers that publish a no-commitment monthly price and had no FDA warning letter in our checks, the lowest we recorded were Mochi Health (from $139/mo, a $79 membership plus medication from $60), Yucca Health ($146/mo) and FeelGood ($149/mo). Prices can change with your dose, so confirm at checkout.

Is cheap compounded semaglutide safe?

Price alone tells you nothing about quality. Compounded semaglutide is not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Check that the provider names a state-licensed pharmacy and that it has no FDA warning letter, and talk with a licensed clinician about whether the medication is right for you.

How often do you update these prices?

We re-check published prices at least monthly. Each price on this page shows the date we checked it. If a provider's checkout price differs from what we list, the checkout price is the one you'll pay.
