Advertiser disclosure: GLP-1 Ranker earns commissions from some providers listed on this page when you click through and buy. That doesn't change our scores, which follow our published methodology. Full disclosure.
How we reviewed this: We didn’t enroll as patients and we didn’t test the medication. This review is built from bmiMD’s public website, Terms of Use and refund policy (all checked October 22, 2026), and FDA’s warning-letter database, each cited below. Our score follows our published methodology.
Verdict
bmiMD scores 7.7 with a Caution label in our rankings. It has some of the lowest advertised prices we track and no FDA warning letter in our checks. The Caution label comes mostly from transparency: it doesn’t name its pharmacies publicly, we couldn’t confirm a LegitScript certification, and its low prices are “as low as” figures that depend on the plan. Its terms also include a $100 fee if you cancel after submitting your intake, and a 48-hour renewal cancellation cutoff.

Price
On October 22, 2026, bmiMD’s homepage listed compounded semaglutide “as low as” $119/mo and compounded tirzepatide “as low as” $179/mo, each shown against a higher crossed-out price ($229/mo and $349/mo). The site doesn’t say before checkout which plan length gets the lowest price. Its terms say a multi-month plan “is paid in full at the start of the Plan at a discounted rate,” with medication shipped in installments, so the lowest price likely requires paying for several months at once. Check the current price and plan length at checkout.
The terms also say prices can change, but a new price applies to an active subscription only after bmiMD notifies you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. The homepage also advertised a “price freeze” for members who join before a price increase.

Fees, renewals and refunds
These are the terms to read before you order (Terms of Use, last updated October 15, 2026, and the refund policy):
- Authorization hold. At checkout bmiMD places a hold for the order total and charges it only if a provider approves treatment. If you’re not approved, the hold is released.
- $100 intake fee. If you cancel after submitting your intake but before review begins, a nonrefundable $100 fee applies. Once a provider starts reviewing, the initial order can’t be canceled.
- Renewals. Plans renew automatically. About 5 days before each renewal, bmiMD places a hold for the full renewal amount. To stop a renewal, pause or cancel in the Patient Portal at least 48 hours before your Renewal Authorization Date; after that, the renewal goes through and isn’t refundable.
- Multi-month plans are prepaid and non-refundable once your first shipment has been sent to the pharmacy.
- Disputes. The terms say disputing a charge they permit is a breach of the terms, and bmiMD may suspend your account. Keep screenshots or emails of any cancellation.
Pharmacies and safety
bmiMD’s terms say it’s a technology platform, not a medical practice or pharmacy. Prescriptions are sent to “independent, state licensed pharmacies,” and your dispensing pharmacy is named in your patient documents rather than on the website. The homepage says its pharmacies use third-party testing through FDA- and DEA-registered labs. You can also ask to have your prescription filled at a licensed pharmacy you choose, at your own cost.
We found no FDA warning letter for bmiMD in our October 2026 search. We couldn’t confirm a LegitScript certification; you can check on LegitScript’s lookup. Our guides to 503A vs. 503B pharmacies and choosing a safe compounded GLP-1 provider explain what to ask.

Who it suits
bmiMD can suit a price-focused buyer who’s comfortable prepaying a multi-month plan and setting a calendar reminder for the renewal cutoff. If you want to know your pharmacy up front, compare our #1-ranked Enhance MD, which names its pharmacy partners, or Gala, which publishes a $199/mo price on a 3-month plan (see Enhance MD vs. Gala). Whether any medication is right for you is a decision for you and a licensed clinician.
