How we built this list: We recorded the lowest compounded tirzepatide price each provider publishes on its own website between October 3 and October 7, 2026. Where a provider doesn’t publish the plan terms clearly, we used a dated third-party report and marked it. We didn’t enroll or buy anything. Every provider’s source page is listed in our price tracker. For why tirzepatide costs what it does, see our compounded tirzepatide cost guide. The semaglutide version of this list is here.

The short answer

  • Lowest headline price: Embody at $119/mo. Its homepage calls it a flat rate for “GLP-1 / GIP injections” but doesn’t say what plan length it requires.
  • Lowest price with published plan terms: Trimi at $125/mo, but only on a 12-month plan billed $1,500 upfront. Its month-to-month price is $235.
  • Lowest with no long commitment (and no FDA warning letter): Mochi Health from $169/mo, a $79 membership plus medication from $90 that can rise with your dose.
  • Lowest among our Featured providers: Gala at $199/mo on a 3-month plan. Fridays lists $240/mo prepaid annually, and showed a $198/mo promo on October 7.

As with semaglutide, the cheapest monthly figure is rarely the cheapest way to start. A $125 plan billed $1,500 upfront puts far more money at risk on day one than one month at $235.

Every published price, lowest first

Prices are per month for compounded tirzepatide, as advertised. “No-commitment price” is the month-to-month price where the provider publishes one. Scores and labels come from our rankings and methodology; price isn’t the only thing they measure.

Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. The prices above are advertised prices, not quotes; your clinician’s prescribed dose and your plan can change what you pay.

Not in the table: Oak Longevity, MEDGm, FeelGood, Direct Meds, Strut Health and the other providers we track don’t publish a compounded tirzepatide price on their own pages before intake. Third-party sites report Oak at roughly $185–$199/mo, but we couldn’t find that figure on Oak’s own pages; see our Oak Longevity review.

What a year actually costs

Monthly figures hide how much you pay up front. Here’s the first-year cost at the lowest published plan for the providers whose terms are clear:

Provider Plan Paid at checkout First-year total
Trimi Annual $1,500 $1,500
Sprout Health 12-month $1,788 $1,788
HealthRX 12-month $2,148 $2,148
Gala 3-month at $199 $597 $2,388
Fridays Annual at $240 ($198 promo) Prepaid annual plan $2,880 ($2,376 at the promo price)
Trimi Month-to-month $235 $2,820
Enhance MD Monthly, all doses $180 $3,260
Found 12-month cash, 13 cycles of 28 days Varies by plan About $3,107
Fridays Month-to-month $359 $4,308

Sprout and Found bill per 4-week (28-day) cycle, which means 13 charges a year rather than 12. Fridays describes its annual plan as “paid annually, delivered monthly”. Confirm the exact checkout charge before you pay.

Cheapest by situation

If you can pay a year upfront

Trimi has the lowest 12-month total we could verify: $1,500. The catch is its refund policy: once a clinician issues your prescription, the order is final. Sprout Health and CoreAge Rx both work out to $1,788, but Sprout received an FDA warning letter in September 2025, and CoreAge’s plan terms come from a third-party report. Our Trimi review walks through the refund rules and pharmacy details.

If you don’t want to commit

Of the providers that publish a month-to-month price and had no FDA warning letter in our checks, Mochi Health ($169), Trimi ($235) and HealthRX ($239, then $214) were the lowest. Mochi’s medication price is “as low as” $90 and rises at higher doses, so its real monthly cost depends on your prescription. Trimi and HealthRX both say their price is the same at every dose.

Gala is the cheapest of our four Featured providers for tirzepatide at $199/mo on a 3-month plan. Fridays is $240/mo prepaid annually ($359 month-to-month), Found starts at $239 per cycle on a 12-month cash plan, and Enhance MD is $280/mo at every dose. See Fridays vs. Gala and Found vs. Fridays.

If you have insurance

Insurance doesn’t cover compounded tirzepatide itself, but Found has an insurance track: its clinical visits are billed to in-network insurance (typically about a $30 copay per visit, per Found), and its compounded tirzepatide plans on that track start at $179 per cycle on a 12-month plan, plus copays. Found says that track isn’t available to people on Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE or similar government plans. Details are in our Found vs. Fridays comparison.

Why the cheapest price can cost more

  • Prepaid plans. Nearly every price under $180 requires a 6- or 12-month plan. At several providers, payment becomes final once a prescription is issued.
  • First-month promos. Enhance MD, OrderlyMeds, Found and Wellorithm show a lower first-month price. Budget for month two.
  • Membership plus medication. Mochi and Ivim bill a membership on top of medication. HumeCare+ adds a consultation fee at every refill.
  • Dose-based pricing. Tirzepatide is usually prescribed at increasing doses over several months. Flat “every dose” pricing (Trimi, HealthRX, Sprout, NexLife, Found, Enhance MD) protects you from increases; confirm it at checkout.
  • Billing cycles. A 28-day cycle means 13 charges a year.

What a low price doesn’t tell you

Six providers in the table received an FDA warning letter between September 2025 and June 2026: NexLife, Sprout Health, altRx, Ivim, Maximus and OrderlyMeds. The letters cover issues such as website claims about compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide that FDA said were false or misleading. You can read each one in the sources below. A warning letter isn’t a ruling that a product is unsafe, but it’s part of our safety record score.

Since FDA removed tirzepatide from its shortage list, the rules for compounding it have tightened. FDA’s April 2026 update says 503A pharmacies may not regularly compound copies of a commercially available drug unless a prescriber documents a significant difference for the individual patient. That can change who offers it and at what price. Our explainer on whether compounded tirzepatide is legal in 2026 covers the details.

Before you choose on price, check three things:

  1. Is the pharmacy named? Trimi, Fridays, Enhance MD and NexLife name theirs; many providers don’t. Our guide to 503A vs. 503B pharmacies explains what to look for.
  2. Is it labeled not FDA-approved? Providers that blur that line are a red flag.
  3. When does your payment become non-refundable? Know this before you prepay.

Bottom line

As of October 7, 2026, the cheapest verifiable compounded tirzepatide is $125/mo on Trimi’s $1,500 annual prepay, or about $169–$239/mo with no long commitment at providers without an FDA warning letter. Among Featured providers, Gala is cheapest at $199/mo on a 3-month plan. Lower headline prices come with caveats: an unstated plan length, a promo, or an FDA warning letter. Whether compounded tirzepatide is appropriate for you is a decision for you and a licensed clinician. Compare every provider in our rankings.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest compounded tirzepatide right now?

In our October 3–7, 2026 checks, the lowest headline price was Embody at $119/mo (its homepage doesn't state the plan length behind that price). The lowest price with published plan terms was Trimi at $125/mo, which requires a 12-month plan billed $1,500 upfront. NexLife advertises $139/mo on a 12-month plan, but it received an FDA warning letter on June 8, 2026.

What is the cheapest compounded tirzepatide with no long-term plan?

Among providers that publish a month-to-month price and had no FDA warning letter in our checks, the lowest were Mochi Health from $169/mo (a $79 membership plus medication from $90, which can rise with dose), Trimi at $235/mo, and HealthRX at $239 for the first month on its monthly plan, renewing at $214.

Which Featured provider has the cheapest compounded tirzepatide?

Gala, at $199/mo on a 3-month plan (it also shows a 'start for $179/mo' price). Fridays lists $240/mo on a prepaid annual plan, and its pricing page showed a promo price of $198/mo on Oct 7, 2026. Found's cash plans start at $239 per 28-day cycle on a 12-month plan, and Enhance MD charges $280/mo at every dose.

Why does compounded tirzepatide cost more than compounded semaglutide?

Most providers charge more for it. In our checks the same provider's tirzepatide price was usually $20 to $120 a month higher than its semaglutide price. A few providers, including Gala, publish the same headline price for both.

Is cheap compounded tirzepatide safe?

Price doesn't tell you about quality. Compounded tirzepatide is not FDA-approved, and FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality. Check that the provider names a state-licensed pharmacy and has no FDA warning letter, and talk with a licensed clinician about whether any medication is right for you.
